My Mexican Street Corn ??

4 corn cobs
2 sticks salted butter
5 garlic cloves (minced)
2 tbsp mayo
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp dried parsley
1 tsp cumin
1/8 tsp floor all spice
1/4 tsp smoked paprika
2 tbsp parmesan cheese
Sour Cream Mayo Topping:
1 cup mayo
1 cup sour cream
Spinkle parmesan cheese

Pre warmth broiler to high.
Shuck your corn.
Boil corn for 10 minutes. Take out. Pat dry.
Get four pieces of aluminum foil out… however, large you desire or want them.
Melt butter and garlic in bowl.
Add each of the spices on your bowl and mayo.
Get your aluminum and lay the corn on it. Add the butter mixture on the corn.
Make the topping and spoon the combination at the excellent of the corn.
